The Department of Housing advises:
(1 - 3) The initial properties available under SharedStart are available now.
SharedStart is targeting up to 2 000 loans over two years. Properties to be made available under SharedStart are being sourced through the Department of Housing's Expression of Interest (EOI) process, under which over 80 proposals have been submitted to date.
The Department is currently assessing these proposals and is confident the proposals will enable it to deliver SharedStart home loan opportunities throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia, including the Pilbara.
