(1) Yes
(2) 25 October 2010.
(3) The property is awaiting demolition. The site has required planning, heritage and council approvals and has been out to tender for demolition, with a closing date of 18 October 2012.
(4) The proposal is to construct five units of single-bedroom accommodation.
(5) This is yet to be determined.
