I refer to the announcement made
last year by the then Premier, Hon Mark McGowan, of plans to introduce a tax on
electric vehicle owners by 2027.
In light of this week's High
Court ruling striking down a similar EV tax in Victoria, will the Premier rule
out a state-based EV tax?
