(1) Yes.
(2) Transperth's Service Development Plan is a list of prioritised public transport service improvement projects across the Perth metropolitan area identified by the PTA. New bus services will be provided as budget for service kilometre growth and fleet growth permits, in order of Government priority.
(3) Not applicable.
(4) No.
(5) The proposed new bus service linking Mirrabooka bus station and Whitfords station via Wangara will require four additional buses operating over approximately 490 000 kilometres per year at a recurrent cost of around $1.95m per year to introduce.  However, this proposed new bus service is not the current top priority on the prioritised Service Development Plan.
