(a) what is the average waiting time for the processing of PATS applications;
(b) can the Minister please provide a breakdown of total cost of PATS and the number of applications granted by electorate for the periods:
(i) 2008–2009;
(ii) 2009–2010; and
(iii) 2010–2011?

(a) A PATS application is assessed and the patient informed of the outcome of their application either when it is received, or within two working days of submission.
(b) The data is unable to be supplied by electorate. The PATS data is collected at a regional level and is based on the seven WA Country Health Service regions. [See tabled paper no]
