(1) Is the Rottnest Island Board and/or Management involved in negotiating any employment contracts?
(2) What contracts are in the process of being negotiated?
(3) What employment contracts have been negotiated and/or determined by the Rottnest Island Board/Management since 1 September 2000?
(4) Who in the Rottnest Island Board/Management has been involved in negotiating the contracts?
(5) Has the Rottnest Island Board/Minister implemented measures to ensure such contracts are negotiated with the highest level of honesty and integrity?
(6) Who within the Rottnest Island Board/Management was (or is) responsible for negotiating such employment contracts?
(7) Do those involved in negotiating on behalf of the Rottnest Island Board have a good track record in negotiating such contracts?
(8) Does anybody on the Rottnest Island Board/Management have any experience in negotiating enterprise bargaining agreements?
(9) If so, who?
(10) Did those with experience in negotiating enterprise agreements achieve an outcome consistent with Government and Agency policy?
(11) Was the Enterprise agreement/s they negotiated within the financial constraints set by Government/Department?
