OFFICE OF MULTICULTURAL INTERESTS — FEAST WITH
FRIENDS — PROMOTION
281. Hon TJORN SIBMA to the Leader of the House representing
the Minister for Citizenship and Multicultural Interests:
I refer to the Office of
Multicultural Interests promoting a $150 a head WA Labor campaign fundraiser,
Senator Fatima Payman's Feast with Friends, on the events calendar of
its website, with the material later being removed following a media inquiry
from Paul Garvey at The Australian .
(1) From which
source did the OMI receive the Feast with Friends material, noting that Senator
Payman has been quoted as saying, ''I can confirm our office did not
contact OMI to list the event''?
(2) When was the material uploaded
to the OMI website?
(3) Who uploaded the material?
(4) Who approved the uploading of
the material?
(5) When was the material taken
down?
