DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING - ANNUAL REPORT
I refer the minister to a statement on the Department of Education and Training’s web site, under the heading “Department of Education and Training Annual Reports”, that the department’s annual reports are tabled by 28 September each year. (1) Why has the Department of Education and Training’s 2005-06 annual report not been tabled? The Office of the Auditor General cannot complete its audit until school-based information is made available. It is expected that the Auditor General will provide an audit statement this month.
