I refer to the Greens’ previous call for an open tendering process for, and the Economic Regulation Authority’s recent report urging, an independent assessment of water resource development and ask - (1) Will the government now consider putting new water sources development such as the desalination plant out to tender? (2) If not, why not? (3) Will the government also put out to tender water conservation and efficiency measures? (4) If not, why not? Hon KIM CHANCE
