(1) 835. (2) 957. (3) More properties were renovated than planned due to the successful relocation of a larger number of residents than initially expected. (4) 662 are planned in the 12 months to June 30 2006 based on Homeswest's capacity to find suitable accommodation to relocate tenants to enable work to be performed. The Department will review this number as part of the normal budgetary process and is hopeful that it will increase as tenant relocations occur.
