I refer to the Minister’s answer to question on notice No. 4025 in which he states in the Bunbury Coronial District in 2015 there were 15 suspected suicides which had not been determined by the Coroner, and I ask: (a) how many of these were referred to the Coroner in 2015; and (b) how many of these have been before the Coroner: (i) more than 12 months but less than 2 years; (ii) more than 2 years but less than 3 years; (iii) more than 3 years but less than 4 years; and (iv) more than 5 years?

(a)-(b) As at 31 August 2016, of the 15 undetermined cases for 2015, 9 cases have now been determined.  Of the remaining 6 cases, one is more than 12 months but less than 2 years old.  There are no cases older than 2 years.
