I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) The Bunbury Port Authority owns the land. That does not answer the question, so I will follow it up to find out why reference has not been made to the tenure. (2) Expressions of interest have been called from local developers for land adjacent to the cadet unit's premises. LandCorp is currently assessing the expressions of interest. None of the LandCorp sites directly abuts the Naval Cadets' site and none of these requires any changes of use by naval cadets.
