(c) has the chosen contractor been given contracts to host any other websites for the State Government, or any State Government department, Government-owned corporation, ministerial office or Member of Parliament;
(d) has the chosen contractor been awarded any other contract for the State Government not mentioned in (c);
(e) if the answer to either (c) or (d) is yes, list:
(i) the entity or individual each contract was with;
(ii) what the contract involved; and
(iii) the value of the contract;
(f) what was the agreed method and level of payment as outlined in the contract with the website host; and
(g) if this amount is not the full amount spent on the hosting of this website as stated in the Minister’s answer to part (c) of Question on Notice No. 2650, what was the rest of the money spent on?
