Noting your answer to my question on 10 August concerning the Resources Community Infrastructure Initiative (RCII), I ask: (a) why were there no governance mechanisms in place for the management of the RCII at the time of the scheme's announcement, when the departments of Treasury and Premier and Cabinet had earlier 'provided extensive input into governance arrangements for the initiative'; and (b) will you please provide the details (times, dates and attendees) of the meetings the former Premier had with RCII foundation partners between late April 2022 and the public launch of the scheme on 22 November 2022?
