I refer to the "METRONET Station Precincts Gateway" document dated 09/11/2021, and I note that the document lists 25 station precincts on all lines except the Fremantle line, with page 4 indicating a potential dwelling yield of "35k new homes near stations", and I ask: (a) for each of the below station precincts for the Forrestfield-Airport Link line, how many additional homes on top of the listed "current dwellings" have been delivered, since the publication of the document: (i) Redcliffe Town Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 890 current dwellings, with 780 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 1600 under the METRONET growth scenario); and (ii) High Wycombe Town Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 400 current dwellings, with 550 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 990 under the METRONET growth scenario)?
