(2) Of those — (a) three vehicles are allocated to officers who participate in the government vehicle scheme; (b) three vehicles are home garaged, plus there are operational vehicles for staff on stand-by or for security reasons or where their place of commencing work varies on a regular basis; and (c) thirty-five are pool cars.
