I refer to the Council of Australian Governments National Partnership Agreement to deliver a seamless National Economy Implementation Plan and ask:
(a) will the Government be introducing ‘relevant contractor’ provisions to harmonise Western Australia’s laws with those of other States; and
(i) if so, when will such laws be introduced;
(b) what additional revenue does the Government expect such changes to secure;
(c) who has the Government consulted in relation to such changes; and
(d) will such changes be identical to those in other States?
