(3)  On the 29 November 2012 the previous Minister for Energy advised the Legislative Council Standing Committee on Public Administration that the State of the Infrastructure report would be published as a standalone document rather than be included in Western Power's annual report. The 2012 State of the Infrastructure report is publicly available on Western Power's website as a standalone document.
(4) Yes. However, the previous Minister for Energy advised the Standing Committee on Public Administration that the State of the Infrastructure report would be published as a standalone document.
