GOVERNMENT MINISTERS - EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS
The Commissioner for Public Sector Standards has revealed that some of the Premier’s ministers have communicated with, and sought to influence, chief executive officers about employment decisions. Given that the Public Sector Management Act explicitly prohibits such actions, which ministers in the Premier’s government have broken the law, and what will the Premier do about it? Mr A.J.
