I refer the Premier to his decision on the appeals against the EPA’s report on the environmental assessment of the Coral Coast Resort proposal, and ask -
(1) Did the Premier, before establishing an Appeals Committee, request a report from the CEO on the appeals?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) If such a request was made to the CEO, will the Premier table his request to the CEO and the CEO’s report to the Premier?
(4) If not, why not?
(5) Did the Premier, before establishing an Appeals Committee, request a report from the EPA on the appeals?
(6) If not, why not?
(7) If such a request was made to the EPA, will the Premier table the request to the EPA and the EPA’s report to the Premier?
