I refer to the display tender
RFP7/2019, sale of woody biomass from mine site clearing and thinning of mine
site regeneration, issued by the Forest Products Commission.
(1) Has the
Forest Products Commission made its selection for this tender; and, if not,
when is the selection expected to be made?
(2) How many offers has the FPC
received for this tender?
(3) Does this tender prioritise
Indigenous involvement?
(4) How many offers were made by
Aboriginal-owned businesses?
(5) Does this
tender prioritise innovative uses of the woody biomass and positive
environmental outcomes in the selection process?

is finalising the selection report for this tender and anticipates advising all
tenderers on the outcome of their offer by the end of August 2019.
(2) As the evaluation process has
not been finalised, this information cannot be provided at this time.
(3) Yes. One of the objectives of this request is to
promote regional and Aboriginal development opportunities . Tenderers are
required to address this objective as part of the qualitative criteria.
(4) As the evaluation process has
