and ask: (a) what is Mr Mulgrew’s position with Western
Power; (b) is Mr Mulgrew currently a Director of Tesla
Corporation; (c) is Mr Mulgrew involved or associated with Azure
Capital; (d) if yes to (c) is Western Power aware of what position or association Mr Mulgrew's holds with Azure Capital; (e) has Western Power engaged the services of either
Tesla Corporation or Azure Capital; and (f) If yes to (e) please specify the terms of
engagement and the total amount paid to Tesla Corporation or Azure Capital?

(a) Mr Mulgrew is a non-executive director and the chairperson on Western Power's Board, appointed 21/8/2012.
(b) Yes
(c) No, however Mr Mulgrew is on an Advisory Panel, consisting of four members, to Water West Pty Ltd. Azure Capital is a minority shareholder in Water West Pty Ltd.

(e) Tesla - No; Azure Capital - Yes
(f) Azure Capital was engaged by Western Power's operational management team under its delegated financial authority on two occasions for the provision of management advice, over the past three years, for the total value of $109,011.79.
