I refer to the minister's response
to question without notice 5, asked and answered on 11 February 2020, in which
the minister outlined that of the six alleged offenders attending school with
their victims as of 25 November 2019, five commenced the 2020 school year at
the same school as their victims.
(1) For how many
of the five has statewide services received an updated risk assessment and
management plan for the 2020 school year?
(2) Further to (1), of those with an
updated RAMP, how many were received by statewide services —
(a) prior to the commencement of this
school year; and
(b) since the commencement of this
school year?
