I refer to Main Roads WA tender MRWA008013 awarded to Brierty Ltd.
(1) What was the total value of the tender as at the award
date?
(2) Has there
been any revision in the cost of the project since that date; and, if so, what
is the actual or estimated revised project cost?
(3) Has all
work under the terms of the tender been completed; and, if not, what work
remains for the scope of the tender to be completed?
(4) Has any
dispute or disagreement arisen between Main Roads and Brierty in relation to the project; and, if so, what is the nature of the dispute or
disagreement?
(5) Has there

excluding GST.
(3) No. Revegetation and landscaping works will be completed
