, prepared by the Conservation Commission, through the former Department of Environment and Conservation, and ask:
(a) are any members of the Conservation Commission, who helped prepare the
Draft Forest Management Plan 2014–2023
, directly or indirectly associated with the timber or mining sectors:
(i) if yes, what are these individual’s names and their position within the Conservation Commission; and

(a) Yes. (i) Mr Wade de Campo and Dr Steve Harvey are associated with the timber or mining sectors. Mr de Campo and Dr Harvey are members of the Conservation Commission of Western Australia. (ii) Mr de Campo declared a conflict of interest related to his position as President of the Shire of Manjimup and excused himself from discussions involving the preparation of the Forest Management Plan 2014-2023 . Dr Harvey did not identify any conflict of interests and as such no declarations were made.
