(1) Two.
(2) No current valuations have been
undertaken for these lots. The lots are now fully reserved for parks and
recreation following the finalisation of metropolitan region scheme amendment
1082/33, Bush Forever and related lands. One lot is subject to a current
arbitration proceeding involving the payment of injurious affection
compensation. It is anticipated that the arbitration award expected this month
will trigger negotiations for the outright purchase of that property and
possibly the remaining lot. Acquisition of these lots remains a priority of the
Western Australian Planning Commission for the current and 2013–14
financial years.
(3) Two.
(4) No current valuations have been
undertaken for these lots. Both lots are reserved for parks and recreation.
Acquisition of these lots remains a priority of the Western Australian Planning
Commission for the current and 2013–14 financial years. Purchase will
primarily be dependent upon the actions of the landowners wishing to sell or
develop their properties and the resultant consideration of claims for
compensation.
(5) Yes.
(6)–(7)
The Western Australian Planning Commission has progressively fenced land
purchased for the two Bush Forever sites as the individual land parcels have
been acquired. Upon the acquisition of the remaining properties, quotes would
be called for the installation of fences and firebreaks.
