(2) Customers living at street numbers 18, 21, 23-30 and 32-42 in Fraser Road experienced power outages on 17 February between 5.01 and 7.05 pm and on 18 February between 6.20 am and 6.38 am the following day. Customers living at street numbers 1-17, 19, 22 and 31 Fraser Road experienced one power outage on 17 February between 5.01 and 7.05 pm.
