I refer to electronic monitoring in regional Western Australia (WA) for family and domestic violence (FDV) offenders, and I ask: (a) how many victim survivors who reside in regional WA have been notified in the last 12 months that their accused offender was released into the community without electronic monitoring; (b) for each of those cases in (a), what support mechanisms were put in place; (c) has the Minister received any representations from regional FDV services regarding safety concerns arising from offenders being unmonitored; (d) if yes to (c), please table the number of concerns raised; (e) for each of those in (c) please table dates concerns were received; and (f) for each of those in (c) please table the subsequent action taken to address those concerns, or protect innocent survivors?
