I refer to stage 1 of Perth Active Transport Improvements, listed on the Infrastructure Australia website (https://www.infrastructureaustralia.gov.au/map/perth-active-transport-improvements) on 24 June 2022 and currently waiting on the proponent to identify and analyse potential investment options before Stage 2 of Infrastructure Australia’s Assessment Framework can commence, and I ask: (a) has the Western Australian government, as proponent, provided potential investment options to Infrastructure Australia; (b) if yes, will the Minister please table the documents provided to Infrastructure Australia; (c) when does the government anticipate that the Perth Active Transport Improvements program will commence; (d) when does the government anticipate that the Perth Active Transport Improvements Program will be completed; and (e) why does the state government need investment from Infrastructure Australia to deliver on active transport improvements, given the significant budget surplus we have in Western Australia?
