In October 1997, property owners affected by plans for the Peel deviation were contacted, particularly regarding the new routes, option 1.5 and the northern option 3, and a report was prepared. A copy of the report was sent to the then Minister for Transport in January 1998. Will the minister please table a copy of that report? Hon ADELE FARINA

I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. Main Roads Western Australia is aware that a short report was provided to the office of the then Minister for Transport, Hon Eric Charlton MLC, in early 1998. However, a recent extensive search of Main Roads files has failed to locate a copy.
