In relation to the interm swimming program run in Western Australian primary schools -
(a) has the Education Department, or the Ministers Office, ever been approached by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia seeking to take over this program, or parts of this program;
(b) if yes, what has been the Ministers response to this approach; and
(c) is the Minister considering outsourcing this swimming program?
