(2) Section 5 is yet to be proclaimed because Section 48 of the Acts Amendment and Repeal (Courts and Legal Practice) Act 2003 (WA) will repeal section 5 of the Legal Practitioners’ Act Amendment Act 1976 (WA) . It was assented to by the Governor on 4 December 2003.
