CITY OF PERTH — INQUIRY PANEL
959. Mr A. KRSTICEVIC to the Minister for Local Government
I have a supplementary question.
Will the minister guarantee—rather than consider—to the house
that he will extend the timing for the conduct of the inquiry, the resourcing
of the inquiry and the scope of the inquiry if it is required and asked for,
notwithstanding his refusal to date?

AnswerView source ↗

The member is factually wrong; there
has been no refusal.
Mr A. Krsticevic : Don't
say you'll consider it.
Mr D.A. TEMPLEMAN : You do not
understand anything!
The SPEAKER : Minister!
Mr D.A. TEMPLEMAN : There has
been no refusal, sunshine. You do not understand it! Listen to the language.
The
SPEAKER : And you watch your
language. Member for Carine, do not interject. Minister, talk through the
Chair.
Mr D.A. TEMPLEMAN : There has
been no refusal, so do not put words in my mouth.
Mr A. Krsticevic : Guaranteed!
The SPEAKER : Member for
Carine!
Mr D.A. TEMPLEMAN : Any formal
request will be considered.
The SPEAKER : That is the end
of question time. I know it is disappointing—not for me.
