Leader of the House representing the Premier:
I refer to the revelation on Tuesday, 13 October 2015 that
the Minister for Energy received a report from the Auditor General on 12
September 2014 that he failed to table in Parliament within the required 21 sitting
days, and only tabled without explanation on Wednesday, 14 October 2015.
(1) Does the Premier condone the
minister failing to comply with his legal obligations?
(2) What sanction
will the Premier apply to the Minister for Energy for his failure to comply
with the law?
