(1) I refer to the total capacity and value of land vested in the Department of Housing, the Housing Commission and other organisations within the Housing Portfolio, that holds, sells or leases land and I ask what is/are: (a) the total volume of in-globo land held or vested in the above organisations; (b) the locations where the in-globo land is held; and (c) the approximate value of the in-globo land? (2) With reference to land developments, what is/are: (a) the yield of blocks from land developments undertaken as Joint-Ventures by the above organisations; (b) the locations where are the blocks are held; and (c) the approximate value of the blocks held? (3) With reference to developed blocks, what is/are: (a) the total volume of developed blocks held or vested in the above organisations; (b) the locations where the blocks are held; and (c) the approximate value of the blocks held? (4) With reference to empty blocks, what is/are: (a) the total number empty lots and blocks held or vested in the above organisations; (b) the locations where the blocks or lots are held; and (c) the approximate values of the blocks and lots held? (5) If there is any other land holdings not referred to in the above questions, could the Minster please provide an overview of the volume of such land held/vested, the locations of such land and the approximate value?
