(1) No. Due to the nature of the settlement that was agreed upon between all the parties involved, it is not appropriate to publicly release details regarding issues encountered in the construction of the Karrakatta Underpass. However, the Member is offered a confidential briefing by PTA Officers if he requires it.
(2)-(3) The Public Transport Authority will in future limit its involvement in managing those aspects of projects that are not directly related to its core business.
