I refer to the minister’s statements to Parliament on 12 October 1999 that the expenses of the AlintaGas privatisation may come to more than $20m and that “at the end of the day we will publish the details of exactly who was paid what”. (1) Will the minister now honour his commitment and publish the full expenses of the AlintaGas privatisation and a breakdown of the various payments to the private sector organisations involved in the totality of the process? (2) If not, why not? (3) What are the total expenses of the AlintaGas privatisation? Hon N.F. MOORE
