(1) No contact has been received by the Public Transport Authority regarding concerns of this nature.
(2) The Public Transport Authority installed 17 new information module style bus stops which provide passengers with timetable and route information as part of these significant service improvements for Ellenbrook. Local Government Authority are responsible for the provision of bus shelters, noting that grants for up to fifty per cent of the total cost of shelters are available under the Bus Shelter Grants Scheme which is administered by the Public Transport Authority. The Public Transport Authority will undertake a review of the new services three months after commencement to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the Ellenbrook community.
