(1) Recognising the higher rainfall in the South West, does the Education Department assist south west schools in the funding of bus shelters?
(2) Is the Education Department able to supply Busselton schools with second hand bus shelters at cost, as previously advised to local school principals?
(3) If second hand bus shelters are available, can any that are surplus to Government school requirements then be made available to Non-Government schools at cost?

(2 & 3) Several years ago, the Perth City Council (PCC) had second hand bus shelters available for sale. These shelters had been removed from PCC bus stops as they were being replaced by new shelters. The offer "for sale" changed to one-off "no charge", as long as the recipient met all costs of removal from the PCC depot. As far as the Education Department is aware, the situation was a one-off opportunity, which has not re-occurred.
