I refer to the Minister's announcement on 2 April 2009 that he had personally developed a five point plan with the board and management of Synergy to ensure Western Australians would receive a world-class customer care and billing platform, and I ask:
(a) how many Synergy customers with roof-top photo voltaic systems contacted the Minister's office regarding issues with their statements and bills from Synergy during the years 2009, 2010 and 2011; and
(b) how many Synergy customers with roof-top photo voltaic systems contacted Synergy regarding issues with their statements and bills from Synergy during the years 2009, 2010 and 2011?

a) It is not possible to provide this data, as not every instance of contact with constituents, such as phone calls, is recorded.
b) Synergy does not track customer contacts specifically related to roof top photovoltaic systems.
