(d-e) Esperance - The vehicle was originally stationed in Esperance and was recently transferred to Albany.

(b) The cab chassis for the operational vehicles (appliances) were imported and the trailers for the appliances are manufactured in Western Australia (WA).

(d) Operational vehicles were purchased from various appliance manufacturers in WA under contract. Leased vehicles were purchased from dealerships in Perth.
(e) Operational vehicles are constructed under contract to pre-set specifications through a panel of builders in WA, none of the contracted builders are in Albany. FESA has a contracted Fleet Manager (State Fleet, Department of Finance) that sources the leased vehicles. Leased vehicles are obtained and fitted out in Perth as a consequence of FESA fit out requirements and to maintain consistent quality assurance.
