I refer to Public Transport Authority (PTA) safety measures, and I ask: (a) how many full time equivalent (FTE) transit officers were employed by the PTA across the metropolitan area in the following years: (i) 2020-21; (ii) 2021-22; (iii) 2022-23; (iv) 2023-24; and (v) 2024-25 (to date); (b) for each of the years in (a), how many arrests were performed by transit officers; (c) for each of the years in (a), how many infringements were issued, for each of the following offenses: (i) no valid ticket; (ii) smoking on a bus, train or at a station; (iii) consuming alcohol on a bus, train or at a station; (iv) behaving in a manner to cause nuisance; (v) bicycles on trains during restricted hours; (vi) damaging conveyance or station; (vii) placing feet on seats of conveyance; (viii) obstructing authorised person; (ix) interfering with property; (x) continuing to travel when travel has been refused; (xi) possession of explosive, syringe, firearm, controlled or prohibited weapon as per Weapons Act 1999 ; and (xii) possession of tool, device, substance or apparatus capable of graffiti or marking property; and (d) for each of the years in (a), how many infringement fines were overdue as of 30 June?
