2. Historical records are not kept so only the current situation can be reported. Each program has its own referrals, wait times and average maximum number of treatments.
(d) Average number of treatments differs greatly according to many factors including length of inpatient stay, diagnostic condition (including severity and chronic it is), co-morbidities, whether entering a set term group structure or individual care, whether on a pre-determined clinical pathway, social issues, and many other factors.
