(2) What is the size, in square metres, of the office floor space?
(3) Are any rental, leasing or similar payments made in respect to the office, and if not, why not?
(4) If yes to (3):
(a) who are these payments made to;
(b) who is the ultimate beneficiary of these payments; and
(c) what is the annual value of these payments?
