(1) 106 (2003/04 to 2007/08). An additional eight fatalities has been recorded for 2008/09 (1 July to 30 November 2008).
(2) The average frequency for fatalities over the five year period 2003/04 to 2007/08 is 21.2. Data for 2008/09 is not included in the average frequency as the year is not yet completed.
