I refer the minister to her answer to question without notice 1083. (1) Did the minister receive any notification of the Esperance Port Authority’s application for approval to allow lead exports through the port before the provision of the 2003-04 annual report? (2) If not, has the minister sought an explanation as to why the port authority did not inform the minister of such a significant change in its operations; and, if not, why not?
