For each department, agency or government trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities, I ask, has any officer above level 3.1 accepted any hospitality, invitation to an event, free accommodation or free travel from a private company or individual, since 1 November 2012, and if so: (a) how many officers have accepted any hospitality, invitation to an event, free accommodation or free travel from a private company or individual; (b) what was the nature of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel, and what is the name of the individual or private company that offered them; (c) what is the estimated individual value of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel; and (d) does the agency have any commercial or financial relationship with the private company or individual, and if so, what is the nature of that commercial or financial relationship?
