In relation to question on notice No. 357, the answers to parts (e) and (f), and the Minister's response that further enquiries will be undertaken by the Chairman of the Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission, I ask: (a) have these enquiries been finalised; (b) if no to (a), what is the current status of the enquiry; (c) if yes to (a), will the Minister please table the findings; and (d) if no to (c), why not?

(c) The current Goldfields Esperance Development Commission Chair  advised it was not considered a conflict of interest as the facility offered was not taken up by Foodbank.
