I refer to the answer given to question without notice 12 yesterday regarding cannabis infringement notices. (1) From 23 March 2004 to date, how many infringement notices have been referred to the Fines Enforcement Registry as a result of the non-payment of the modified penalty or the non-completion of the cannabis education session as prescribed in the Cannabis Control Act 2003? (2) Of those matters referred to in (1), how many infringement notices currently remain outstanding? Hon SUE ELLERY
