Generally tickets are negotiated for promotional purposes and organisation, for Lotterywest stakeholder representation at events or for staff engagement.

Lotterywest representatives often play an active role at events including hosting guests, delivering speeches, presenting certificates and awards, witnessing the completion of projects supported by Lotterywest Grants and engaging key stakeholders.
In addition, Lotterywest hosts events as part of the Lotterywest Connect program - where Lotterywest Retailers, grant recipients, stakeholders, Board and staff are brought together to evidence the wide range of organisations they support in the community. All these events (except one * industry screening) were paid for by Lotterywest. The following Lotterywest Connect Events were held from 1 July 2013 - 17 March 2015:
